FIFTH: If any purpose of any of the trusts (a), (b) or (c), specified in the preceding pasa,6raph shall be held invalid by any Court, then and in that event, I direct that the trustees of the trust, with respect to which such invalidity shall have been determined, shall devote the prinoi- pal and ircome of said trust to the remaininb purposes of said trust. If any trust created in any of said subdivisions of the precedine, pararaph shall be held invalid in its entirety by any court, then and in that event, I direct thnt the principga und accrued income of said trust, so held invalid, shall be divided into two equal parts between the remainin6 trusts to the end that one-half of said trust and accrued income thereon shall be paid over and delivered to the Trusteesof each of the remainin6 trusts provided for in this Will, which sum so paid over shall be administered by the Trustees of each said trust for the uses and purposes set forth in this Will. SIXTH: In makine distribution of my residuary estate, i..y Esecutor is authorized and empowered, in his sole dincretion, to make such dis- tribution in kind, or partly in kind and partly in money, and for such purposes, the Judgment of my Executor concernin, the propriety thereof and the re-ative value of the property and securities for the purpose of distribution, shall be bindin6 and conclusive on all persons interested therein.
